28 Days Later. . . .

Hello all devoted readers, friends, family and passerby's!  I have BIG news, exciting news, news that will shake your feathers and make you jump for joy.  I am moving and starting a new job!  YAY!

In 28 days I will pack up my life in Baltimore and head to Rhode Island where I will be the Production Designer and Photographer for ABF Pictures.  I'm going into the film industry and joining forces with one of my best friends and talented actor and executive producer, Vinny Tranfaglia.

I'm moving to a town and an apartment that I've never seen and will not see before I move on March 5th.  I consider this opportunity a chance to start over, to leave behind the stress and failed relationships I had in Baltimore.  Even though some bridges were broken, I will be leaving a few very close and meaningful people behind, and I will miss them dearly.

I think its important to live in different cities when you're young.  I lived in Savannah, GA for college from the time I was 19 to 22.  Then I was home in Baltimore from the time I was 23 to 27.  Now, I'm ready to explore what Rhode Island and the New England area has to offer me.  Its an opportunity to start fresh, meet new people, discover new places, and build new relationships.

I will continue to blog and share with you my new adventures and discoveries.  I do believe I will enjoy my new career!

Polaroid Submission Update!

I would like to announce that my Polaroid submission to  Light Leaks Magazine has been selected to publish in next month's issue!  The good news couldn't have come at a better time for me and I'm very, very happy!  I encourage everyone to check out the website of the guest photo editor Aline Smithson.  Her portraits are beautiful and you can also find a link to her blog, lenscratch, under my essential reading.

Thanks to all my family and friends who helped me decide on the perfect Polaroid to submit!
